Looking for a quick and convenient Solutions to get rid of our Precious Metal Copper with the best Profit. Conclusion “Copper Stripping” by Hand .. no way ! So the only Solution to get out the 5.50$ per Kg Copper was Peeling and Stripping copper Cable with an Automatic Wire Stripper like the Stripmeister. In this quick Tutorial, we will show and demonstrate how to make a small Automatic Wire Stripping machine to remove insulation from unnecessary copper wires.

Step 1:
Disassemble and Clean up Second Hand Rope Hoist, take mesures and Prepare Your Tools to get started with our Copper Wire Stripping machine.
Step 2:
Cut and Smooth the 40*40mm Extruded Aluminum Profile on the measures your Wirestripper needs!

Step 3:
Cut and Smooth the 20*20mm Square Pipe Profile!

Step 4:
Drilling Wholes/Drilling thread. For our Main Framing 40*40mm Profiles we Drill each end of the 200mm Long ones with a 6.8mm, afterwards we dive in with the M8 Thread Cutter.
Step 5:
Drilling 6mm Holes in 20*20 Alu. Square Pipe “Adjustable wire stripping Guide Blade”
Step 6:
Cut off the M6 threaded rod on 70mm if you use our Original Dimensions !
Prepare your Washer (Cutting Blade) in Advance look how you are going to Fit it in
Step 7:
Fix your washer on a M6 Screw with a M6 Nut, Sand it until you feel is Sharp enough.
Cut a second M6 Rod with about 150mm length, Assemble the adjustable copper stripping arm.
Step 8:
Drill a hole 6-22mm for the Drive Shaft in the Side of the Framing.
Drill a 6.2mm hole as well on the Top centered for the Adjustable Wire Stripping machine arm.
Step 9:
We made this Cone Disc wheels on a cnc machine but we advice you the Products Below, simply order ready made and assemble saves a lot of Time and Nerves. In the seen step we have used a Flex cutter to create some grip.

Final assembly, install and tie your conic Discs, Slide in the cutting device do not Forget to Drill a hole in your Table to Fix the Machine to the Table, it is really to advice as the Vibrations and uncontrolled movement might cause defects and malfunctions
